Vienna to Budapest

We trained from Vienna to Budapest in the morning. A few minutes after arriving, we knew Budapest had the charm and character we were missing in Vienna.

We checked into our hostel and set out to exploring. I don’t think either of us really had an idea of what Budapest would be. After a few hours Joe described it as a place that would make Brooklyn hipsters jealous. It’s true. The level of coolness in this city set a new bar for the places I’d seen in Europe.

The night life in Budapest was impressive. After talking with a few people, it seems like Budapest is the destination of choice for budget-conscious Europeans over other popular destinations like Amsterdam or Paris.

We immediately regretted ordering these hot dogs
